Project withKazakhstan's buyer to generate USD 150 thousand for footwear companies

The Brazilian Footwear Industries Association (Abicalçados), through Brazilian Footwear, a program to support exports of the sector maintained in partnership with the Brazilian Agency for Export and Investment Promotion (ApexBrasil), promoted, between May 23rd and 27th, another edition of the VIP Buyer Project. At the opportunity, an importer of the Orchestra group, which has 14 Orchestra stores and two 7life in Kazakhstan, was brought to Brazil. The agenda included visits to women's and children's footwear manufacturers in Rio Grande do Sul, when the buyer was at the International Leather and Footwear Salon (SICC), in Gramado/RS, and to footwear manufacturers in Birigui/SP, all of them participants in Brazilian Footwear and pre-selected by the importer himself.

Seeking children's shoes and casual women's sneakers with fashion appeal, the company's commercial director, Vladimir Lissitskiy, said he was impressed by the Brazilian brands, especially the technology of the children's shoe factories he visited. In total, USD 150 thousand in business were reported for the next 12 months. The brands Petite Jolie, Beira Rio, Modare Ultraconforto, Molekinha, Molekinho, Actvitta, BR Sport, Pegada, Novopé, Sweet Chic, Lynd, Stir Calçados, Kids & Baby, Polo Go, Diversão, Pink Cats, Itapuã, Mini Sua Cia, Lia Line, Bibi, Dok, Ortopé, Pé com Pé, Sapateamo, Xuá Xuá, Kidy, Klin, World Colors, Pekilili, Wob, Alliance Shoes, Pampili, Marina Mello and Smidt Shoes participated in the action.
